Each year the North Carolina Radiological Society (North Carolina Chapter of the American College of Radiology) supports scholarships to attend the Radiology Leadership Institute annual summit for appropriate candidates who have demonstrated involvement in the ACR or other local radiology groups.

The number of scholarships will depend on the number of applications and funds available (virtual will allow for more scholarships than in-person), but there will be at least one separate scholarship each for a long-standing member and a YPS member.

Those who wish to apply should send a letter of intent describing why they are applying including, how the RLI program will improve their leadership and service to radiology, and an updated CV to NCRS Secretary Sarah Franklin () and Dr. Valerie Jewells ().

After attending the RLI activity, the scholarship recipients are required to write up a synopsis of what they learned and how they will implement changes. They are also required attend at least one NC ACR meeting.
